Hey All,

I've installed Parallels on my mac and I removed it without the uninstaller.
How can I remove it completly? The icon still appears on the upper bar (see image - the icon near sparrow).

I have tried using the uninstaller from the dmg without any success...

Thanks,

Y

That's because you're not using Parallels but VMware Fusion. That icon is the icon for VMware Fusion's application menu. You can disable it in the settings of any vm (vm settings > applications > show applications menu in menu bar) which you can open very easily by clicking on the bottom option "application menu settings". If you want to get rid of Fusion completely, you need to reinstall Fusion and then uninstall it by using the uninstaller in the .dmg file. After that you simply need to reboot and it will be completely gone.
