How to Remove "Start Using iCloud" Red Notification?

I'm attaching an image, which in System Pref.'s is making me to sign in to use iCloud services and I just want to use my MacBook Pro independently from my other iOS devices.

One red dot on the system pref.'s icon on the MacOS dock is always there and I also want it to go away.

This sucks. Like, Apple, leave me alone.
