How to remove this annoying ad in Safari?

Opens on every single webpage I open, don't know where I got it from
But I want to keep the "block popups" option unblocked, because I need it for my work. Any ideas ?

Like the post mentioned above mine, use Adware Medic. MacVX is an adware extension.
