How to reorder preferred wifi networks in Ventura?

In older versions of Mac OS, there was a preference in settings -> network to change the order of known wifi networks (e.g. which to connect to first). But this setting is now missing in Ventura. Is there any other way to adjust it?

You can’t any longer. Same in Sonoma.

Edit: Further exploration shows that this may not be permanent and the order may change at the whim of the OS. Crap.
