Just behind you
Just out of curiosity I run the disk utility and... it found a failure that it cannot recover... The machine seems to work well but I want to repair this error.
What can I do?

thank you

You can't repair the volume that you booted from.

Restart from the installation discs that came with your Mac.

Once it boots into the installer, follow the wizard until the menubar appears at the top.

Now click Utilities (in the menubar) and then Disk Utility.

Repair as normal. :D
