Hi, there is this file I've come across on rapidshare that is really bad and I wanna know how I can report the link so rapidshare breaks it so no one can download it anymore?

If the file is not yours or doesn't relate to you I think it would be better if you just left it alone.
That really depends on how bad the files are.
According to their support page you can email abuse@rapidshare.com to report anything untowards.
