How to reset cache on Safari

For a particular web page on windows I think you hold control and hit refresh and that clears the cache for that particular web page?

Is there a similar operation for Lion?
I know there is an empty cache in the options but that dumps the whole lot I assume and not just the current page?

Also F5 is refresh on windows, is there a quick refresh on Safari like this rather than clicking refresh??

To refresh a page, use CMD+R, for clearing cache for a particular website I don't know of a way.

Ok, I reset the cache using the option under the Safari tab so all good and thanks for the answer regarding refresh
