How to reset call/data time to Zero without loosing unlock?

I have an iPhone 3G updated to 3.0, jail broken and unlocked. Now I want to reset all the timers i.e. call timers data counters etc. to Zero. And clear all the contacts and data. How can I do that without loosing the unlock?
