Hi

I have some photos on my Laptop that I want to be 500kb (max file size )and at the moment they are 1.2mb/1.4mb or even 2mb , I don't know really the difference between all the options , but i want the best quality possible with 500kb jpeg files ..
so if anyone can walk me through how to do this on graphic converter that would be great as I have tried myself with picture-size-scale but after i save i check size and seems not to be what i want , Also there is something in the save options about file size ( i put in 500kb there but also did not come to that )

so any help would be great
Thanks Mark

If you're on 10.5 you can use Preview. Go to Tools >> Adjust Size
You can choose the size you want and also see how big (in MBs) it will be after resizing. And yes, it really will be that size after resizing and saving.

Thanks Mate

Yes you are right , very easy to do and makes the size what I want ..

cheers for that
