How to resize SECOND partition

Hi. How to resize second partition?
I want only one partition with full sieze off disk WITHOUT loosing data!

What's on the -first- partition (the small upper one)?

What Mac do you have?

What OS are you using?

You can't. You will need to move your data off to an external drive then reformat the entire disk to one partition, then move your data back.
