How to respond by same email addressed to?

I have multiple accounts checked by gmail, and I hate having to click the from place and change the sent from EVERY time. I forget to many times.

Is there anyway (like in gmail) to respond by the email that it was addressed to? Come Apple please be forward thinking enough to have included this!
