how to restore amd erase everything on 3gs j/b

hi,

i have a iphone 3gs running 5.1.1 untethered j/b with 6.15.00 im thinking of selling it but would like to erase all data from it but ive read when i restore it and try to activate it itunes wont be able to cos of bb so is there a way to restore it using a custom firmware but still have the 6,15,00 bb incase the person who buys it dont want a j/b phone or i know i can just hackivate it after restore etc
