How to restore contacts from backup to Iphone.

Hi All.

Panic over. Ive managed to find all my contacts within a backup I made before the OS4 upgrade.

Can anyone tell me how I go about restoring these contacts to the phone, other than via manual entry. I have the files into an SQL browser if that helps.

Its a 3G 16Gb if it makes any difference, Im on Snow Leopard.
