how to restore delated massages on iPhone

Hi,
Yestarday i accidently deleted all my massages history with a very importatn person on my iphone 5, and i made another very stiupid thing and synced the iphone with my itunes backup so it overwrote the old and only one i had ( when i restore from itunes i sitll dont have the massages). In my country i cant sync my massaged via icloud :/ but i used an app called Wondershear dr.phone and it helped me to find the deleted imassages but ni i dont know hot to bring them back to my iPhone. I have them in 2 formats html and csv.

Does anyone know how to import the massages back to my iPhone ? or mabye there is some other good solution ?
