I'm trying to restore a new ipad from iCloud, but it's not offering the backup version I want. I own an Original iPad and an iPad 3. I cracked the screen on the iPad 3 and had it replaced tonight. I'm trying to restore the new iPad 3 from the iPad 3 backup I created last night.
It seems that I now have THREE devices named "Holly's iPad" in my Device List, and when I try to restore from iCloud, it's offering me only the backup from my original iPad to restore with. None of the backups from my iPad3 are showing at all, and there should be several as I backup nightly.
Here's the Preferences screen for iCloud (I'm also showing three iPhones, I'm guessing my sons two hand-me-down phones are the multiples of iPhones you see there, we have the 4, 4S, and 5 between the three of us).
I tried calling Applecare, but they're currently closed. I'll try again tomorrow, but was curious about the ins and outs of iCloud that might be affecting this. Thanks for your help!
