Sorry but this is a dumb question I feel. My Verizon iPhone 6 that's jailbroken (iOS 8 obviously) has horrible speeds when on LTE, and also Wi-Fi. I searched through a couple forums and saw a lot of people saying to try and do a full restore to fix those issues.

I want to try this but - is there something I'm supposed to do before restoring it (besides backing things up) or do I just carry it out as normal because it will still be jailbroken when restored?

Any help is appreciated!

After restore jailbreak is gone. Do a clean restore, setup as new and than if you want, jailbreak again.
