How to restore IPT 4g to iphone 4s

I just received my iphone 4s. I have a ipod touch 4g that is jailbroken. How do I go about getting all my apps (non jailbroken) over to the new iphone 4s.

Can I just restore? I don't want to mess up the new iphone 4s.
