How to restore jailbroken iphone 3gs 4.3.3 to fresh 5.1.1?

I have an jailbroken iphone 3gs on 4.3.3 and i want to upgrade it to 5.1.1 but whenever i try, i got error 21 and error 1600. Ive asked some other forums and i kept on going in loops. I hope thos forum could resolve my problem. Thanks in advance and any reply would be appreciated. Thanks!
