How to restore Mail sigs with TimeMachine

The title is the question. I recently accidentally deleted most of my mail sigs. I clicked on Mail, then chose a previous time, then clicked Restore, but it didn't restore my Mail sigs.

Can someone please give me a 1, 2, 3 explanation on how to do that.
