how to restore scroll bar & scroll bar arrow keys in 10.10?
I purchased a new mini loaded with 10.10 back shortly after the new Mini's were announced.
I have several other Mac's, and, at least on the Intel powered ones, I have stabilized on 10.6 Snow Leopard. And I guess I am just spoiled by being able to park there.
I think that one of the things I have found most annoying on Yosemite is the disappearing scroll bars and the complete lack of (scroll bar) arrow keys. I remember back in the 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 days we had the option of double arrow keys both top and bottom.
I did hit up duckduckgo and came up with this link, not that it helps much.

Wondering if anyone else has found a fix for the scroll bar issue in 10.10?
TIA for any working suggestions,
