How to Restore the YouTube Button

I deleted the YouTube button from my home screen and now want it back.

Can anyone tell me how to do that? Hoping it's an easy fix and that I don't have to restore the entire home screen. I have the 4s.

How did you get it off? AFAIK, you cannot remove pre-installed apps. The best thing to do would probably need to do is restore.

Maybe you turn on the YouTube restriction?
