how to restore to 4.3.1

My iPhone 4 is on 4.3.1 but i wasn't to do a clean install of 4.3.1 and jailbreak but i am having trouble.

This is what i have tried.

open tinyumbrella
save shsh form cydia
run tss server
restore phone in itunes
pick the right firmware (already downloaded 4.3.1)

i keep getting the error 1604 or different errors

the phone now has the connect to iTunes on the screen

Did you say you just tried to save 4.3.1 Apple stopped signing over a couple months ago. once they stop signing it the only thing you can try is Ifaith it's hit or miss and you must be jailbroken by Redsn0w or Pwnage tools or Greenpos0in because it uses the limera1n exploit. some prople get stuck in DFU mode with it though.

i downloaded 3.4.1 from a site on redmond pie i used the shsh from cydia through tiny umbrella. i done it a few weeks ago and it worked. i just can't do it now for some reason

i have also deleted the right things in the host files
