According to the userguide, steps to record a new voicemail message begin by tapping the voicemail icon, after which the menu comes up with the "greeting" display etc. However, when I tap voicemail the iPhone dials the voicemail number and no menu appears. I've tried to find out how to deactivate this function, but no luck. Probably a simple answer I guess, just don't see it.
