In settings, only Mouse is available. Trackpad option is not listed.

You can change trackpad settings in Apple's Boot Camp control panel. One of those settings is scrolling direction.

I am using the trackpad on a standard Windows PC running Windows 10. Can I also install Boot Camp control panel on it?

You can install the Boot Camp support software.
Go to your Mac (needs to be an intel Mac.)
Go to the Utilities folder - launch the Boot Camp assistant.
Go to the Action menu, and choose "Download Windows Support Software"
Copy the resulting folder to a flash drive formatted for use with Windows.
And, when that is plugged in to your PC, run the setup.exe that is in the support folder. When that is done, you will have a Boot Camp control panel (and that's where you will find your settings for the trackpad. Be sure to leave that trackpad attached to your PC while doing the install...

Thanks. I tried it but during installation, it gave me an error "This version of Boot Camp is not intended for this computer model."

In my case, it is WindowsSupport > BootCamp > setup.exe

Possibly, you could install boot camp on your Mac, (meaning that you would install Windows on that boot camp partition), install the boot camp support software on THAT Windows system.
Then, copy only the Boot Camp control panel to your PC. (should work... I think)

Another possibility - Install something else Apple that can be installed on Windows, such as iTunes, or iCloud. That may pull in an Apple support preferences panel, that may see and download whatever is needed for the trackpad, too. Be sure to leave the trackpad attached while you set up that kind of install, to make the process more likely to provide that trackpad support.

How to copy only Boot Camp control panel to the PC?

I have both iTunes and iCloud installed on the PC already.

I connected the Apple Trackpad 2 to the PC using the included cable. It still gave me that error.

Somehow setup.exe knows I am not using an Intel Mac. Could it be checking serial/model numbers of some components to determine if people like me are installing bootcamp drivers on non-Intel Mac?

I actually did say that the boot camp install would need to be on an intel Mac.
So, you don't have an intel Mac at all?
Boot Camp (any kind of Windows install) is intel only
If you are running Windows in Parallels (as a virtual machine), yes that works, but the boot camp installs, to add accessory drivers, etc., would still need intel hardware to install.
Maybe there would be answers at the Parallels support forum? Apple trackpad is probably something that people would like to use, even in a virtual Windows under Parallels

I followed your steps in #4 to download "Windows Support Software" from an Intel Mac.
Then, copied the resulting folder and ran setup.exe on a Windows PC.
