I have this little project I work on and I have this last video at the end of my short that is meant to serve as a memory. I would like to have the edges to do some kinda wave animation or some kind of effect that would make it look like a memory from the past. I've managed to find effect that is ok but not what I want as it does it for the whole picture not just the edges. What I have now is turbulance displace that I animated with twist.
Could you please advice me how to achieve better effect for the edges (&borders) only that the video would be nice and sharp except those edges?
If you could be please quite specific as I don't know much about Premier Pro, just using the very basic stuff I've learnt
