I have a App which created in Xcode3, then I upgraded it to Xcode4 and everything is ok.
But I found there is no anything inside Settings.Bundle in Xcode4, thought I can find folder in Settings.Bundle in Terminal.

What can I do to edit my Root.plist or en.lproj in Settings.Bundle?
