How to run a Parallels VM in Boot Camp?

I originally installed Windows 7 through Parallels Desktop.

Now is it possible to enter Windows from start-up without going into Mac OS?

No you cannot go that way.

If you want to do that then you need to have Windows installed on a bootcamp partition. Then you can use Paralles to run Windows in a window within the Mac OS or boot cleanly into Windows at start-up - no Mac OS.
