How to run Flash Video in Full Screen While Working on 2nd Monitor?

Does anyone know how to run a fullscreen flash video (from sites like hulu or youTube) on one monitor and work on the second monitor without fullscreen closing?

I just saw a article on Lifehacker, but it only works per Windows!
