how to run windows apps?

i am using iMac 27inch (Intel Based) and MacBook pro 17inch (intel based) with the OS X LION on both, I have a software for accounting "Tally" it is windows based software, i want to run it on MAC OS X without installing windows on them, as i have failed to install windows on them, Please help me
