How to save an animated .gif file and have it actually move on my computer?

I'm wondering about how to go about saving the following .gif file on my computer and having it actually move on my computer:

Right-click it and choose save.

- Preview recognizes the GIF as a ton of separate images (which it is), so you cannot play it like it will show up in a web browser.
- QuickLook only shows the first image and it doesn’t move.
