How to save and send individual recording of Voice Memos?

I know there are AirDrop, Mail which I don’t use, Messages, Notes, Freeform and Teminders.

If I want to store them in a desktop so I could copy individual files to a thumb drive, what is the best way to do so?

You can select individual recordings in the Voice Memos sidebar and drag them to the Desktop…or any open folder you have showing. That will create a copy.
