How to save everything on my iPhone before I sell it to Upgrade.

Can someone please help me. I plan on selling my iPhone and want to know how to keep everything I have on it so I can put it all onto my new iPhone. Since I have to reset my old one to sell.

Can someone please help me. I plan on selling my iPhone and want to know how to keep everything I have on it so I can put it all onto my new iPhone. Since I have to reset my old one to sell.

Connect the iPhone to iTunes and just sync it. Then when you get your new iPhone it will ask you to restore from a previous iPhone once you connect the new one to iTunes.

Just to make sure it backed up you can go to iTunes system preferences
(Edit > Preferences) on Windows
(iTunes menu > preferences) on a Mac

Then click on the devices tab ant it will say the name of the iPhone and last time it backed up.
