I am very confuse about what is going on, what is the proper way to do this?.
I have my Ipad3 on 5.1, I have run Tinyumbrella and it seems it saved the 5.1.1 shsh . Is this all I need to do? or should I update my firmware to 5.1.1 and then run Tinyumbrella to save the shsh for 5.1.1. Will the shsh be the same?
Sorry for the confusion, but I have search everywhere and I get no clear picture.

Here is another example.
I have anothere iPad2 on 4.3.3 it is jailbroken on 4.3.3 but it seems I can't save the shsh anymore. After I run Tinyumbrella it shows shsh for 4.3.5 and 5.0.1
Should I wait for the new JB and then update to 5.1.1?

Thank you.

iPad3: your SHSH's are saved, as long as Apple is signing them they are saved by TU, no need to upgrade to 5.1.1 to get them.

iPad2: Make sure in the advanced tab in TU that Request SHSH from Cydia is UNchecked, if so you should be able to save SHSH with TU.
