My iphone is jailbroken on 4.2.1, and I saved my SHSH blobs on tinyumbrella so that I would be able to restore it if anything happened.

I am buying a new computer, though. Is there any way that I would be able to transfer these SHSH blobs from my old mac to an external harddrive and still be able to use them on tinyumbrella (on the new computer)? I can't just back up the SHSH blobs once I buy the computer, because it's only possible if Apple is still signing the firmware.

Since your shs blobs are also saved on cydias server you can download TU on the computer, plug in your iphone and save them again on the new machine.

Thank you all for the advice. I'll make sure to use it when I buy my new computer. Cheers!

I dont think you will need it much longer. from what I read Apple will block shsh trick for downgrading, as soon as ios 5 comes out!
