how to save streaming .ram file to HD

I have a very old .ram bbc news file that could disappear at any time and I would like to be able to save the audio and video to my HD. I tried doing a screen capture with quicktime but it did not save the audio.

Is there some way to extract the cache on my hd or something. Currently I'm playing it with real media player in 10.8.2
