This app will save them in a loooong picture stitched together.
You take screenshots of the conversation with overlaps then select them all in the photos app then choose “Create Scrollshot” in the photos app share menu.
It works really well and super easy to use. End result is a really long picture of the conversation all stitched together perfectly.
