Is there an app or program where you could scan your phone for virus similar to how you would use windows defender to scan virus for a windows computer? I know apple products like macbook has less change to get virus but you could still get it if you click on something right?

An iPhone won't run any code that hasn't been "signed" by Apple (JavaScript and similar excepted, but they can't access the underlying system anyway). I'm not aware of any virus scanners, but as far as I'm aware there is no cause for concern if you keep iOS up to date.
