How to search too short words like TV?

I wanted to search for "save.tv" or "german TV" but thus I only get useless results for "save" or "german". "TV" is ignored completely.

Just for your information www.save.tv is TV on demand or more precise a german online "video cassette recorder".

Any hints how to find any save.tv fellas here?
