How to see iPhone backups in Catalina?

Before in iTunes, I was able to find a list of all backups from the Preferences pane in iTunes (regardless of if the backed up device is connected to the computer at the moment).

However, with syncing now moved to Finder, I can't find the same option anymore. Is it still possible to do that?

With the iPhone attached, open Finder then select the phone on the left (this is my iPad but it works the same), then click the Manage Backups buttons.
