How to see video metadata?

I know that you can use finder to look at picture files to see when the file was first created by looking at the EXIF data. Is this possible with videos? I haven't found a way to look at the original creation date other than in photos, which can be wrong sometimes.

An app called VideoSpec can show you encoding date. Development has been halted but it still works in 10.13.
