iPad How to sell 3rd gen iPad with unlimited LTE AT&T

I've read a few threads across the internet, but I'm still lost as to the actual method on selling the unlimited plan with or without the iPad. I find that even though I've held on to this plan since the first iPad, I actually don't use it very often, so I'm looking to just pass it on. Thoughts?

Ive sold the att iPad plans. It's simple really. You can either sell the SIM card the account is attached to, or sell the login info. The buyer then gets a free att SIM card. They login, update the sim# and change the cc info and login. That's it really.
