If its liquid damaged, just list it as such on eBay and document everything that does work and doesn't (without a guarantee that it will perform that functionality moving forward).
You also need to be certain to list it as broken/as-is with no-returns.
As always, take good photos -- if someone is buying something damaged with hopes of repairing it, it's better for both parties involved (no extra surprises).
