i need to fax a document but only have a cell phone (iphone) is there a way to make this work?
i have a c2d mini and an ibook g4 (with internal modem,) both with bluetooth and my iphone is jailbroken.

what do i need to make this work? or do i have to go searching for a land line to use? is there a cydia or app store solution? thanks in advance.

I don't think any tethering to the iPhone would give you a dial tone. You may see if there's an electronic fax service online that you can send them an electronic copy to fax for you.

Otherwise, Kinko's can do this as well.

If you can save/send your document(s) as either .pdf's or .doc's, then almost any of the online fax services can help you. just google "online fax" and you will get lots of possibilities......

and an added bonus is that you get your own fax #, so that people can send you faxes too, they will arrive as email attachements......

ps... I use www.smartfax.com at work :p
