:eek:Does anyone out there know how to send and receive a text message with a USB720 or a KPC680 owned through Verizon, used on a MacPowerBookPro?
I'm going a little nuts. I've had the USB card for almost a year. Verizon's VZAccess manager does not allow texting therefore I am unable to reset my online password with MyVerizon account. Verizon customer and tech support are of absolutly no help. They keep sending me this "temporary password" in the mail (we are going on our 8th or 9th attempt) and getting on the phone with tech support and no one has the answer! I was hoping that the KPC680 ExpressCard would at least give me the opp to register a new card and start fresh but I'm having the same probs with it. IF I was able to receive a text message from Verizon, on the card then I would be able to bypass the entire Verizon staff and stick to letting the computers communicate until the problem is resolved. Simple: I want access to my Verizon account online so I can keep track of my monthly usage.
HELP..HELp..HElp..Help..help.
