how to send videos to box

Hi

I have some videos on my iPhone 5 camera roll

I have a Box dot net account , opened using my laptop

How do I send my videos to the box dot net account ?

When I press the send / share button on the camera roll I only see mail, message you tube as options

What am I missing ?

I know there is a box dot net app for iPhone ...is that needed ? or ?

advance apologies IF this is a stupid question
