iOS How to set a image to go up and return to original position?

Hello Team:
I'm new here (Also in the Dev World). I have a simple question.

I want to set a image to go up (push to up with fingers) and return to the original location. I don't want to move this image to left or right, no drag to another location, just up from the center and go back to the original location.

Any Help? Thanks
