How to set bluetooth auto-connecting with selected device

Hello,
I have Google Home mini which serves for me as a bluetooth speaker. Can I set on MacOS High Sierra that after booting the system, my speaker will automatically pair up with my Mac Mini ?
Is there any program for that or terminal command ?
