How to set "Delete all photos after import" as default?

I use OS. 10.11.6. and Photos Version 1.5. Every time I import photos, I have to manually check "Delete all photos after import." Is there any way to make this as my default? I looked under "Preference" and searched web but couldn't find any answer. Thank you for your help!

There most likely isn't, but perhaps there's a command line solution. This is the sort of thing that Apple disables I think because a lot of users tend to cry foul when they don't pay attention and delete their photos.
