How to set my own wake up (not start up sound)

I really want to put some short start up sound, mp3 if possible.
Ya know i meen i am opening my lock and than i hear for example a car engine sound... possible?

i meant wake up sound... u know i am opening my mac and its quiet i wanna pimp it up with some sort of mp3 everytime i open the lock
