iPhone how to set new status bar icons?

im having trouble setting new status bar icons on my jb 6.1 iphone 4.

Tried to install these but got no changes at all:

then installed ayecon theme but again everything changes but not my status bar icons.
Do i need to mess with something else?

might as well have pointed him to google.

anyways, from my limited knowledge, dload zepplin to change your carrier logo's.
the signal bars, i have no idea yet.
the 3g/E logo's i usually look for those seperatly on cydia.
no clue on the others. would love to know, myself.
